OK.  So you think we're blathering on about this personal level of superior service to cover up for not really doing much business!

Because of our approach, we will never be the highest volume producer in our territory, brokerage, Royal LePage, etc. We have chosen our approach because we think it is right for us and for our clients.  But we are not in a position to run a charity!  And it turns out that our approach works quite well.

The Platinum Award represents production in the top 5% of all Royal LePage agents.  We don't get there all the time, but Lee has received this recognition in several years.

The President's Gold Award represents the top 10%.  Don't remember the last time we didn't get that one.


Consistent achievement of the President's Gold over seven years gains the Award of Excellence.  Over 12 years, it gains the Lifetime Award of Excellence



Had enough?  Good.  The point is we are big enough to provide any and all of the marketing systems, services, and technology that is available. ... Despite being small enough to provide impeccable, creative, personal service to individual clients.
